I am a registered clinical counsellor and psychotherapist with a private practice in Hobart
I established this practice with the primary aim of providing affordable, depth-based therapy to individuals and couples in Hobart, and online for people in regional and remote Australia.
I have experience working with people at all stages of life, and expertise in a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, sleep disturbance, ADHD/neurodiversity, and cultural and religious identity.
I have a warm, thoughtful style, and I am passionate about the benefits of medium to long-term therapy for psychological and emotional health.
